General Terms

Implementation of recommendations remains the responsibility of the client.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maple & Chen Consulting and its personnel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site or our services. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of a consulting engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
