Maple & Chen operates as a deliberately small firm. We don't scale headcount to match revenue — we protect the quality of work and the closeness of the team.
When we do hire, we're looking for people who are genuinely good at what they do, want real ownership of hard problems, and find satisfaction in doing careful work for clients who notice the difference.
